Christopher So made this the first easy financial experience I've had as an adult.He was extremely responsive, and even if the process would get stuck somewhere, I could reach out to him directly and he would either call me immediately to resolve it, or at least quickly acknowledge my message and set up a time to talk. Sure, the builder incentives to stay with FC Lender were there, but Chris made sure to help me buy down to get me a rate that was better than what I was being offered elsewhere. The closing process was also faster, since FC Lender has a hybrid signing approach, so I signed a bunch of papers while comfortably at home, and we were done at the title company in less than an hour.
