I walked into their office not knowing anyone and had a conversation with Associate Broker Andrew. I wanted assurance that they had the technology, marketing, resources, and any other tools necessary to produce a sale within a reasonable time. When my husband and I decided to buy our first home we were nervous and we needed guidance. We chose Fave Realty, and they were extremely knowledgeable and really held our hand through the entire home buying process. We were lucky enough to work with a wonderful agent, her guidance and advice over the entire course of us finding our dream home was priceless. Went to an open house yesterday in Babylon and it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. We were the first guests at the showing, about 30 minutes after the start. All the lights were off and the shades were down in every room. It was a waterfront house, wouldn’t you want to show off the canal! The agent was very uninformed about any of the details of the home.
