DO NOT EVER RENT FROM FATH PROPERTIES!!!! I lived there for 5 years and was a good tenant. Never once gave them an issue or broke any rules. Paid rent on time every single month without an issue. Gave them a full 30 day notice upon moving, paid our final month of rent, water bill, everything. They send us a final bill for 377 for "damages" which seemed a bit inflated to me, but thats not even the main issue. Once they sent it to collections, they tacked on an extra 1,000 dollars which brought the total to 1,300. Never once was sent a bill regarding these extra charges. So they are quite literally trying to get over on us, probably banking on us ignoring it and not having a copy of the move out statement. Jokes on them because i keep all of that stuff. Not to mention, while we lived there w
EDIT- You might be able to lie to everyone reading this review, but we both know what happened. Now they are blatantly lying about me not providing them with my water bill usage, the roof caving in, compensation offered, and more trying to save face on this review. Proof is in the attached photos! Steer clear of these scam artists. Nothing they said in their reply to my review is what actually happened, it's their doctored version of it. Just look at the way they argue with every single review. If you make the unfortunate decision to stay here, here are some things you can expect: - Roaches in your kitchen, bathroom, and walls, regardless of how clean you keep your unit. - Leaking sewage and flooding AC units that damage your belongings and compromise your health. - A sodden wet and moldy
If you are on hard times and escaping an abusive partner, this is not the place for you. If you, your vehicle, and your family are not perfect they will get rid of you. They do not take care of the roach problem properly so they never actually get rid of them. Everyone blames someone else for why they don't show up when they are supposed to. The halls in the building are extremely heavy with offensive odor. When my mother came from out of town to visit she made sure to point it out everytime we left my apartment. Warnings are made, but no action taken against them. They charge an extra fee to cover the building like a you were paying renters insurance so a second renters insurance that covers only them not you and you are forced to pay it. Then when a leak or something happens they dou
I spent one year renting one of their properties and the experience was real bad. Things like obsolete and unsafe gym equipments or loud/noisy neighbor apartments without regulation, I can tolerate. However, their moved-out charge is crazy/unreasonable. After moving out, they hit us with $1,500 in carpet charges — $900 for the living room carpet and $600 for the small bedroom carpet. 1. Large carpet charge ($900): They claimed there were marks underneath the carpet. But: • I asked for photos of the top/front of the carpet — they couldn’t provide any. Why? Because when we moved out, the carpet looked clean; they only flipped it over during replacement and then claimed they found the marks. • During the final walkthrough, they said nothing about the carpets — they only mentioned some lefto
Aspen village has made some major improvements with my apartment. They have been very attentive. The community is mostly safe. The pool is nice. Apartments are nice size and rent isn't too bad. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
