Fat Property Management

On March 28, 2025, I called the office here at Riverbrook Apts spoke with Henry Gomez to complain about a water leak which was in my hallway, living room and kitchen. Maintenance came out and said it was the pipe outside and it was fixed. I asked the maintenance Victor and Henry Gomez if they had anything to clean up the water, they told me they didn't have anything. As time went by it got worse! Office was closed by then so I called the 24-hour maintenance spoke with Rudy and he said someone will come check it out. All weekend my family and I were uncomfortable; I spent money renting a wet/dry vacuum and buying food because it wasn't sanitary to cook my kids even got sick as well as my company. Loved calling the Montrose office to tell them about the Swastika on their building at 1901 Richmond and getting hung up on. Felt that was telling of the care they have for their buildings and safety of their tenants. The woman on the other line was extremely rude and dismissive. Awful service. Maybe make haste to remove the hate symbol from your property and don't be rude to the people letting you know.

Fat Property took over and changed my lease without my permission, threatened to turn off my electricity if I didn't switch to a new provider that day, and threatened to evict me over a "late" charge that they erroneously added late. Sewage has come up out of my bathtub, and my apartment nearly floods every time it rains. Yet they're raising my rent.

UPDATE 2: They now have added a water fee without giving any notice. When i spoke to Star's rude self she said "we were short staffed and unable to apply fees for a year." FOR OVER 16 MONTHS?! You are a liar, rude, shady and unprofessional. UPDATE: Monique is extremely rude, the other woman is a liar and Mike is the only one who seems to get some thing done if you can reach him. We didnt have small roach problem until they bought these buildings from Bravo W Main. The building havent been sprayed since may when Bill Kelly did them. I asked Monique and the other woman in the office SEVERAL times for our building and apartments to be sprayed for insects and bugs only to be lied to. I will be contacting management. Filled out application they claimed it was denied I ask for a reason they never responded just took the app money scamming company don’t waste your time and just to clarify the eviction was removed you thought you were doing something by posting this but I’m glad you put confidential information for the public to see
