Fast Train Property Management

I actually have no complaints about the actual unit, maintenance or how they conducted business. I am however giving a one star review because the staff was always so rude. The gentleman in the office has extreme anger issues and absolutely needs to learn how to speak to customers. Landlords are bad enough; it’s even worse when they have INSUFFERABLE attitudes. I would stay far away from Fast Train, as I wouldn’t want any other families to be subjected to constant negativity from ownership.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! As a real estate agent, I’m selective about who I refer customers and clients to, Mary & Nathan Endres have never disappointed. Every customer or client I’ve sent their way raves about their professionalism and dedication. They both are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to her clients’ success. I haven’t worked with them directly, but Nathan & Mary's consistent excellence makes them my top referral choice. Highly recommend for Landlord or Tenant needs!

I have had wonderful experiences with the current staff at Fast Train. They are quick to respond to inquiries and maintenance requests. It's obvious they go to great lengths for the benefit of the tenants and care about the properties they manage.

I have been with Fast train for almost ten years and I have no complaints. They have helped me understand things and was very patience. As an absentee owner I rely heavily on them to take care of my property. And I really haven't had any complaints issues come life happens. A bad tenant isn't a bad tenant until they are a bad tenant. But the people are there have always remained professional and we have a good working relationship. I would definitely recommend them

Nathan and Mary were a huge help. I really appreciate their ability to appropriately time manage and prioritize my property. They relieved a lot of stress up front and answered many of my questions. Nathan even fixed issues on the spot. I give them 5 stars due to their professionalism, knowledge on the renting process, and overall service. Thank you again for all the help.
