Buying a new Pulte townhome was supposed to be exciting, but my experience has been nothing short of exhausting and disappointing. I have been dealing with **issue after issue** since day one, and instead of enjoying my new home, I’ve spent my first year constantly documenting problems, opening warranty tickets, and chasing contractors. Here are just some of the ongoing issues: **• Construction quality is extremely poor.** Every room has new cracks forming—inside and outside. Settlement is understandable, but the amount and speed of these cracks show rushed, low-quality workmanship. **• My garage door still isn’t aligned properly.** The insulation piece is hanging and unfinished. Unfortunately, my experience has been overshadowed by a serious issue that has impacted the quality of life in my new home. I purchased a $750,000 condo townhouse located on the roadside, and while the buying process itself was smooth, the problems became apparent immediately upon moving in. On our very first night, we were unable to sleep due to the excessive noise levels inside the home. Despite expecting some level of road noise, the lack of proper insulation has made restful sleep nearly impossible.Third night,We had to switch our bed to one of the smaller rooms in the back and still not using

My experience with Pulte Homes has been truly exceptional. The team was incredibly responsive and respectful throughout the process. The build quality is outstanding - even my independent inspector spoke highly of the home, inside and out.
