I waited until we had spent several months here before writing a review because I wanted to be very honest about my experience here. There has been a lot of turnover of staff here which has made for things falling through the cracks and some headaches in getting communication back from the front office, but one consistent person is the head of the maintenance team, PJ, who has helped us with several issues within our unit. I give him five stars absolutely. He has dealt with so many issues with our AC, our irrigation system, our water pressure and water heat, our drafty windows and everything in between. I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is always very clean and well maintained you can tell that Erica really takes pride in keeping everything in great shape. The business itself is run very professionally, and the common areas always look nice and welcoming. I also want to give special recognition to Alex, the maintenance man. He does an amazing job and is one of the hardest workers I’ve met. Anytime something needs attention, he’s quick to respond, friendly, and makes sure the job is done right. You can really tell he cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. Overall, I’m very happy here it’s a clean, comfortable, and well managed place to live!

This property is absolutely beautiful! My wife and I had the pleasure of touring with April, and she was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and took the time to show us multiple floor plans, helping us envision which home would be the best fit for our family. April was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and providing thoughtful guidance throughout the tour. Her professionalism and genuine care made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We left feeling confident and excited about finding our future home here. Highly recommend this community!

I’ve had such a great experience at Farm Haus apartments! The service technician, Alex, is absolutely outstanding — he’s warm, friendly, and truly cares about fixing any issues the right way. He’s professional, works hard, and makes sure things are taken care of properly. His service is exceptional! Erica in the office is also amazing — she’s courteous, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
