I had gone in to ask about getting car insurance as I believe I was paying far too much and the women who helped me named Jaden was amazing! She was extremally kind and super professional with going over everything and answering any questions I have had. I will be recommending her to anyone that I know for any insurance needs!

I purchased 2 life insurance policies. Bryanne was my customer service representative at Farm Bureau. She was polite, thorough and answered all of my questions (even the silly ones). We spoke over the phone, she came to my home with printed materials for me to reveiew, then I came to the office and met with her and Jessica for the signing part and both were friendly and professional. I will work with them again in the future if I ever need anything.
