Faris Residences Newnan

Melissa and Jeremy are the 2 best things that have happened to his property. They care and want to make it better for us living here. Melissa and Jeremy are both prompt, attentive, and kind. Jeremy is very personable and dog friendly. He has taken great care of us. We had so many outstanding work orders that previous management never fixed, and they jumped in and got it completed. Thank you guys for making this a better place. :)

I’ve lived here two years and for those two years I’ve tried to get new window blinds, new windows, dishwasher mounted Melissa has been here all of three months and Ived gotten all the repairs done. Message to Melissa: “Hey Melissa just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your effort in getting my unit repaired. You’ve gotten the windows replaced, new wood blinds installed, and the dishwasher mounted. What an outstanding job you are doing. The new management team is soooooo awesome!!!! They are willing to work with you and make sure to communicate every chance they get. I’m loving the great renovations they are making around here making me want to continue being a resident here for the long haul.

This is my 7th year living here. I have seen a few different management/owner changes since I’ve called 60 Jane Lane (no Faris Residences) home but none of them compare to this new management team. Very friendly and responsive when something is needed. No complaints on my end!

Lived here for almost two years. Was told they wouldn't go up on the rent due to all the issues we had with the prior company. However, we got our lease renewal and guess what?? they went up on the rent. The first property management company had horrible communication and the new one is no better. Major issues here I would avoid this place at all costs. Bribing residents to give 5-Star reviews is not the way to do it. Actually doing what you say you are going to do is the way to do it.
