If you need a commercial space, it is absolutely in your best interest to work with Zoë. She will find places and deals you didn’t even know were possible.

We worked with Mira to acquire our new space for our coffee shop and couldn’t recommend her (and Hannah) more! So helpful and attentive - always asked any questions I had and made sure I felt good and comfortable along the way. We love Fancy ♥️

I’m super grateful for my experience with Mira and the Fancy Real Estate team! This is my first time leasing a property so I wasn't sure where to start - but Mira came prepared with serval options after I inquired. My dream of having a studio for my business is now real and I couldn’t be more excited and thankful!

Waste of my time! After spending an hour speaking with Mira Densmore letting her know what i’m looking for in my commercial property and providing her with addresses of properties I wanted to tour. She gave me false hope and hyped me up on other properties she said would be perfect for me. Then she asked me to give her a few days to reach out to landlords and set up tours for me. I gave her 7 days didn’t hear anything from her. So I reached out to her and left a message and she never responded to me! Now it’s over two weeks and still nothing from her or the company. I will never recommend Mira Densmore or this company. Even if the she joins a different company, beware of her ability to hype you up and lie, her zero communication skills and fake promises! Do yourself a favor and go to a res

I've had a joy working with Hannah and the Fancy team on a few commercial deals. Nothing but the best experience. Hannah is super knowledgeable and resourceful, and she goes to bat for her clients like most most wouldn't. More importantly, she's FUN to work with!
