These are the nicest, kindest and most wonderful people to lease from. They really are family oriented and go above and beyond to work with you. Although I was struggling between school closures and COVID restrictions they were very helpful and honest. I cannot express how much it means to me to have had the opportunity they gave my family to start our automotive business. The neighbors are friendly and the space is very secure the building is well built with nice supports for equipment and they are quick to make repairs to the building. Thanks especially to Lynn at the main office.

I rented from Family Properties of North Carolina for nearly 2 years. It was easily the worst renting experience I've ever had. Lynn Anderson, an owner and manager of the company, made this entire time absolutely terrible. She is one of the most outright unprofessional and rude humans I have ever dealt with. She also tried to make us pay for water in the house we lived in, where 2 other tennants were living as well and not paying water. It is illegal to charge one tennant for water in a split house unless there are multiple meters. She does not care about anyone she rents to, and will make you feel as if you inconvenienced her if you need to ask her for assistance. Humans can be terrible, but I wouldn't wish an interaction with her on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Trash place they have mice and won't come fix any unit, the wiring is all wrong so your light bill is guaranteed to be over $300 easily

Willing to tear down homes of members of our communities for financial gain. Abysmal. Adds no value to our community - you should be ashamed of yourself

Been with them over 6 years. Not a single complaint. Nothing but nice things to say.
