Fallyn Apartments

I joined my friend on a tour for her new apartment since I’m also in the industry, and the professionalism of the leasing team really stood out. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout the tour. While my friend ultimately ended up leasing at a community in Germantown, we both loved the floorplans here… especially the finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms. The amenities were also stunning. I couldn’t get over how gorgeous the pool was; it truly looked like a resort. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re searching for an apartment in Nashville!

I had such a great experience working with Jocelyn while leasing my new apartment. She was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions I had, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond by even getting me the exact floor measurements to help plan my move — such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. lived there for 2 years. i hate to leave a one star because our experience was solid up until we moved. had a chip in the floor of one of our rooms that was there when we moved in, missed it in the evaluation, but told our leasing agent who relayed she would add it into the system. it never happened apparently, and they ended up charging us our security deposit + $1000 to replace the entire floor in that room. that's egregiously over pricing a chip in the floor. they also said they hadn't seen a cleaner apartment upon a move out date. sucks because i was cool with the manager of the complex, but he left right before this issue came about. on top of that, we lived across form someone who worked in the building with a pretty aggressive dog. it would lunge at people, bark literally all day,

Just moved out of the apartment after 2 years of living there. The units and amenities themselves are very nice and worth the money, but the experience isn’t. First, there is always dog poop or pee inside the apartment building. I have walked into an elevator three times in the last year to find dog poop in it, and have seen dog poop on the floor in the lobby at least three times. The outside of the apartment is also always filthy with poop and pee, and there’s a strong smell anytime you walk in and out. Second, there is a mold problem in the building that I’m not sure they’re addressing. One resident is already suing them for health problems caused by it.
