My husband and I recently became residents and our experience with the leasing team was amazing. Ryan and Kayla's professionalism made our tour, application and move in process seamless. Ryan was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property. Kayla was always available and answered every question we had leaving no doubt in our minds that this was the perfect property for us. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the environment is quiet and peaceful. I am very grateful for Ryan and Kayla for all their help as we appreciate their kind/quality service!

I have had the pleasure of living at Falls Village for the last 4 years. It is a safe, quiet, picturesque community that has provided me adequate space and comfort. The entire staff - including Kayla, Justin, and the maintenance workers - are incredibly kind, professional, and responsive. Any issue that ever came up was dealt with in a timely manner. Justin was also very knowledgeable and brought a fun and friendly atmosphere to the accounting side. Both exceptionable individuals are great representatives of the Scully Company. It was truly a seamless and positive event.

The Falls Village Apartments community is a wonderful place to live. It is safe, clean, and well maintained. My neighbors (the residents) are friendly, respectful, and active in making the complex a great place to live. I am moving on only because I bought a house. I highly recommend Falls Village Apartments!
