Falls Pelican Landing

I’m just moving into Pelican Landing, and so far the experience has been great. The move-in process was smooth and well organized. Karla was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. I’m excited to start living here and really appreciate how supportive the staff has been so far.

I am thrilled to say, I LOVE MY NEW HOME at the Pelican Landing!! As soon as I came here to search for a new home, Mrs. Christina was very welcoming, very professional, and so sweet. Maintenance is on point, you just submit a request and they come very fast to fix the issue. Already loving it!

I am very happy to live here at the pelican landing, everything is nearby, schools, and so many other convenient places around. I want to also say that Mrs. Cristina was amazing, very attentive, positive vibes, professional and it’s very nice to have people make us feel welcoming . Thank you Mrs. Cristina you are amazing . You convinced my family and I to stay here!!

Great place to live in. Staff is super friendly and everyone goes above and beyond to help. Maintenance turn around in repairs is super fast. Managment is always there to answer any questions.

Clean good lighting at night. Staffs are friendly have a lot cameras around the complex. Good covered parking space asigned to each apartment. Pet friendly but no real grass.
