Falls of Beechnut Apartments

Don’t move here save yourself from this apartments they’re trying to charge me $1550 for turning in their apts key 2 days later I was busy moving to my new place mind u I was already out but got super busy due to moving far away I never heard any apartments do that before, another thing it’s roach infested its ant infested ! The apts are not worth what they charging at all everything is old the maintenance ppl are ok but the management team ain’t doing what they supposed to do smh never again,!

Omg they are so much a blessing the apartments are beautiful and seems to be very quiet you guys should definitely check out this place oh yesss i can’t forget about the amazing staff very polite and welcoming very knowledgeable when talking about safety they show they care

They take 250 days it’s refundable but I got denied it wasn’t refundable most application to 2 to 3 days I feel like this apartments are a scammed. They just don’t wanna help residents. They just wanna take money from them because as soon as I gave her the money order with the application, I got a call 30 minutes later that the application was denied, which is impossible.

The apartments are falling apart, people shouldn't be living in such bad conditions and nothing is being fixed.

Just moved in a few weeks ago. Apartment is spacious and quiet. Very affordable. No serious problems. And no bugs, THANK GOD! I do wish they had things like closer area with dumpster. A gym would be cool too. But shout out to Jonathon in the office! He’s very nice and awesome guy! I will give updated review once I have stayed here longer!
