I’m writing this review to warn future applicants about my experience, which was directly caused by the actions and decisions of the property manager Shadae and leasing team. In late August, I applied for a 1-bedroom apartment listed at $1,700. Before applying, I spoke with Shadae multiple times and visited the property in person. Based on those conversations with Shadae, I was 100% confident I would be approved. What Shadae never disclosed is that this property uses a third-party AI document verification system. I only learned this after paying $475 in application fees. As a self-employed applicant, my income documentation consists of bank statements and tax returns which are standard, legitimate, and commonly accepted elsewhere. The AI system rejected my documents, and Shadae refused to

I’m writing this to warn future applicants about my experience, which was directly caused by the actions and decisions of the property manager Shadae and leasing team. I applied for a 1 bedroom apartment first floor unit around October. I had a tour with a leasing specialist who showed me a unit on the first floor of there large apartment building. I proceeded to ask to apply and he showed me the process. Days later i realize they showed me the wrong floorplan, i went back and was then speaking with Shadae, i was worried about my application because i am a business owner so my income proof can be seen as not traditional. She told me 100% it would be fine, so i went ahead and put in the application for the ground floor unit that i needed. Note i was only interested because they had a ground

Thanks to Chino, Kirk, Mary, Vanessa, Irene, Shadae, Giuseppe, Kevin and entire staff for making this an outstanding come home every night to a Resort Home! We recently had a fire at 3:00 AM and the response by everyone was on point and extraordinary. By 7:00 AM Red Cross was called in and everyone that signed up received instant money. We were checked in Nextdoor at Maritime Hotel at their expense provided lunch and Mary provided breakfast every morning. The Fire Department was phenomenal and contained the fire. The main inconvenience was the water damage and fans were immediately put in units to dry walls carpet etc. We were invited back into our homes as soon as they felt it was safe. Work is in progress and will be back to like new soon.

Jan 08/2026 I am writing to formally document my complaint regarding the lack of response and the failure to refund my deposit, despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter through appropriate channels. I have personally visited your office and spoke directly with your manager, Sherryl. In addition, I have communicated with both Sherryl and Thomas via phone and email. To date, I have not received a clear response, a valid explanation, nor the return of my deposit, which has now been “in process” for an excessive and unjustified amount of time. This situation reflects unprofessional and irresponsible handling, which is completely unacceptable. I have acted in good faith and have allowed ample time for this matter to be resolved amicably and directly. Due to the total lack of action o

Poorly Managed and Deeply Frustrating Experience Living here has been a constant headache due to the complete lack of organization and professionalism from management. From the very beginning, communication has been inconsistent and unreliable. Simple things like receiving a lease contract or renewal on time turn into endless back-and-forth emails, repeated reminders, and unnecessary stress. It should not take weeks—or even months—for something that should be routine in any well-run apartment complex. What’s even worse is the lack of accountability. Every time an issue comes up, management either blames “the system,” promises to get back to you (and never does), or simply ignores your messages altogether. It feels like no one in the office takes ownership of their responsibilities, and r
