Falls at Copper Lake Apartments

Words truly can’t express how amazing it was to live at Falls at Copper Lakes! This was the very first apartment complex I ever lived in, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I lived here for over a year, and honestly, if I hadn’t decided to go back to college, I would still be living here. Michael and Thelma in the front office became like family. Their support, kindness, and genuine care made living here even better. As long as you pay your rent on time and follow the community rules, your experience here will be amazing. And did I mention I never once saw a roach… in Houston?! That alone says a lot. The maintenance staff is also incredibly kind and respectful. I moved into The Falls at Copper Lakes about a month ago and I’ve had a great experience so far. The staff has been super professional and helpful from day one, making the whole move-in process really easy. Anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to respond and always friendly. The community itself is clean, quiet, and feels safe, which I really appreciate. My apartment is comfortable, spacious, and already feels like home. I also love how well-kept the property is—it really shows that they care about the residents here. Overall, I’m really happy I chose this place and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment.

WARNING ⚠️ Read before you move in to this complex if you like to live with cockroaches and insects. I lived here in apartment in building 16 for 2 years, the first day I moved I start seeing cockroaches 🪳 everywhere in the apartment, My mother and I have a skin disease and skin allergy due to the presence of insects and cockroaches in the house. They never worked hard to clean the apartment from the cockroaches and they didn’t respond in the time to do anything about it. All they care is money money .. before one month of my lease end I had to rent a hotel because I can’t stay in this dirty apartment it’s (toxic environment), and I paid full month to them without living in the apartment in my last month in my lease ! My husband and I sold our home in record time. Therefore we needed to find a short term rental (6 months) until our new house was completed. We thought this would be difficult time for us as we had not lived in an apartment community for years. We were wrong! This was a delightful experience. The community is quiet, the people are respectful of each other and friendly. Maintenance is responsive to requests too! The apartments are a bit dated (that’s why a 4 star rating) but that is easily overcome. The apartment we had was a 1 bed/bath and was easily shared by 2 people used to their own space. If you have complaints, they are addressed as quickly as possible. I only had 1 minor complaint throughout my stay and it was addresses within 24 hours.

I’ve lived here for 4 years and I really love it! The place is always nice and well taken care of, and the community feels super comfortable. Thelma is amazing — she’s always so kind and helpful whenever I need anything. It really makes a difference having someone like her around! Definitely recommend living here.
