Fall Lake Apartments

I've been try to lease an apartment and is incredibly frustrated with the management at this apartment complex. The office is rarely open during the posted regular hours, which makes it almost impossible to handle administrative tasks in person. When the office is open, the manager often arrives late, despite living on the property according to actual residents and the manager she always has an excuse for don't being on the office. This lack of professionalism and consideration for residents' and future residents time is disappointing and impacts the overall experience of living here. I hope to see improvements soon, as the convenience of having an on-site manager is completely lost with such unreliable office hours.

I currently live here tjis last resort ! They don’t fix anything there is one maintenance man I’ve been without air since 8am no one has come ! O had a wasp nest on my porch they did not assist snd said to call 911 don’t move here !!!

My experience in this property, (not rent here). Make quality of maintenance towards the apartments occupied by residents, walk through the hallways and just inhale the grass that comes out at night, .. !! I am coming up on my 2nd renewal for my lease in these apartments. My honest review - I have been very pleased with being here. Any time I've had any concerns or maintenance issues they were tended to very quickly. No complaints on my end. Especially with the new management that has come in recently, I've seen so many changes for the better. The new manager is Edward is very kind and considerate of any small problems I've brought to his attention and is very patient while working with me. I've also seen and heard how he is with other tenants and it makes me extremely thankful to have such good caring management especially in this area. I've lived at these apartments for almost 7 years. I've had a really great experience here but due to my family growing the biggest 2/2 offered here is just not big enough. Management has always been friendly, but hopefully they can find a permanent leasing specialist. Seems like every year there is a new lady managing the office. Maintenance is wonderful, the longest I've had to wait for a non-emergency issue is 2 days. The pool could use better maintenance, and could be opened a longer period during the year. Usually only opens for 2 months during the summer and was never cleaned in a timely manner. Parking has never been an issue and past control is offered as long as you request it (not something they just do). You do get what you pay for though so if you are looking for upgraded units
