Fall Creek Homes

Recently purchased a new home from Fall Creek and was impressed with the professionalism that was provided by Mike and Justus. They were sure to make sure we were happy with the house before we closed and did not feel like there was empty promises or deception. The quality of the house is exceptionally high and you can tell subs take pride in their work. The process was painless and enjoyable with no big surprises. Would definitely purchase another Fall Creek Home!

For the last 3 years I have lived in an absolutely beautiful home that was built for me by Fall Creek Homes. The process of working with them, from design to construction to closing was easy and painless. Unfortunately for me, career opportunities are taking me away from this home I love so much. I just sold my home and I must say the feedback that I received is incredible. Everyone that looked at my home commented on the wonderful workmanship of it. My home only lasted 48 hours on the market, there were 12 showings in that time, I received 3 offers on it, and it sold for WAY more than I paid for it. I believe that is the true testament to the amazing work that Fall Creek Homes does.

We love our new home! I think that Fall Creek is one of the best companies, if not the best, here in Idaho Falls. They are easy to work with, have excellent customer service, and one thing my wife and I really loved is that they are very detail-oriented.

We have recently moved up here from Utah. Needing to have a new house built for us, we chose Fall Creek builders. WOW could not have found a better company to meet our needs, great workman ship, great organization, solve any personal concerns in a timely manner. Fall creek sure beats any builders in Utah, would highly recommend them. Great thanks to Josh, Justice, Mike(mercy) and the sub contractors a job well done. One very happy customer.

Lack of craftsmanship and poor attention to detail. Many wall plates for electric or light switches are not square to the wall and there are a few spots where there are gaps in woodworking. This is my second time doing a new construction home, and experience has been all around worse with Fall Creek. Home warranty is substandard that is exclusive of many items and is only a single year so your home will only see a single set of seasons. Lived in home for about 1.5 years and have had a multitude of problems. When they arrive for repair, they have often done shoddy work that has not lasted. One example, the concrete on the sidewalk in front fractured a chunk off, and they patched it instead of replacing the tile. Not 6 months later their patch is breaking off.
