Falcon Trace II

All though the pre qualification and application process could be long and frustrating due to the affordable housing requirements, I am very happy to be living here at Falcon Trace 2. The entire office was super amazing during the process. I was finally approved and extremely happy to be living here. But i honestly do want to add this that the entire office was very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient during the entire process. If you’re really looking for a very amazing place to move to, look into falcon trace 2 and I promise you that you will not regret it. Thank you to everyone in the office staff

The black guy that works there is unprofessional…. I decided to not go through with the application process because of him…. It would have been a very easy 4 apartment rental for them because me and my family was seeking apartments…. But after a 2 minute conversation with this man and his delivery of the information, we decided not to rent here and just look for 4 houses that are near each other …… $1600 a month for rent and they want you to potentially pay 2 months rent security deposit and you will have people living above and below you…. We would have seriously considered doing the applications but after speaking with that black guy, no thanks

I want to thank Ray for the Communication . I am big in communication and he has been a great manager and making sure the job is done. That makes me happy as a resident here in Falcon Trace Circle .

I am beyond grateful with everyone who helped. from the time you come in and do all the paperwork till you get your key was what I exactly expected. I got my key of my apartment. Beautiful clean peaceful and very quiet. Love it
