I just want to express the happiness of all the changes that has been occurring at my community. I would like to also praise your office Team Walter and Rachel. They have been doing AWESOME and the welcoming in the office feels so much better. It’s to a point that you go to the office and don’t want to leave with the amazing, welcoming and happy vibes that they project. The new maintenance supervisor is so generous and always look to help. Maintenance looks always for different ways to complete your service request and takes the extra mile. Overall the team is awesome and me as a resident here for so many years I want to take the extra mile to praise them because they deserve it. I am happy that we’re forcing the community rules and parking that will make this community better again. This

Personally maintenance staff is a lot better than what it was or had, but they state they fixed my request but that's a Lie. It's sad that you need to place request after request for them to come by and actually do what needs to be done.

I called this leasing office during business hours 3–4 days ago, no one ever answered. Today, they finally called me back, and I was confused because it had been days. The irony? I was sitting in the parking lot in front of the office when I called in. The agent was right there, scrolling on his phone, ignoring calls the entire time. When he did speak to me, he came across rude, didn’t bother giving me his name, and rattled off information so fast it was impossible to follow. For a property that’s far from high-demand, you’d think they’d jump at the chance to actually answer the phone and make a good impression. Instead, what I got was pure laziness and zero professionalism — a red flag for how they likely treat residents after move-in.

I love my community! Walter is the best leasing specialist I’ve ever met! He’s very welcoming and knowledgeable. Rachel is very friendly and is knowledgeable. Maintenance is always friendly and works hard to make sure that our community looks great and feel like home
