Falcon Property Management

I had a great experience working with Maria at Falcon when my account was transferred to them. Both ladies in the office were very helpful and communicated with me. Had zero issues while dealing with Falcon.

The Resident login page has been disabled for over a week. I've emailed Falcon Property Management about it, and receive a vague phone call without any specific details nor ETA of operations. At least once a month I log on to this webpage to verify my account payments history. I can no longer do that, but they could still automatically withdraw this month of July scheduled rental payment. To whom should I escalate this complaint for resolution? Part 2 Evidently I was not informed by any means of communication (phone, text, email, mail) of the software shutdown until last week when I reached out to inquire about it. I came in with old property management without any definite answer the end of May I just knew I was approved but after Falcon properties took over I had to rest. After speaking with Maria and Genesis about a new property, I stepped out in faith and said I’ll take it … not even looking at it. Well God knew what He was doing because This was a Life changing experience for me with these patient and understanding women !!! Thanks again and God Bless
