I had a really frustrating experience with this rental company. We were living in the house when they decided to sell it, and they didn’t even bother to inform us until we got a random text saying a realtor would be coming to take pictures. I mean, we still had two months left on our lease! Talk about no communication. When it came time for the move-out walkthrough, they didn’t show up—not once, but twice. I reached out for answers, but it felt like I was just talking to a wall. As for our security deposit, it took multiple requests before we finally got it back. And guess what? It came through Cash App, which felt so unprofessional considering we had to jump through hoops to pay our move-in costs with cashier’s checks. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Called to get a cash price on my home. I received a call u didn't recognize the number hoping they leave a message, instead they called back to back 12 times till I answered the phone. So I finally answered an the guy I talked to was rude saying he needed to have a conversation with me in order to give me a cash offer . In which I didn't know I needed to have a conversation about what I'm not sure I told the guy I was at work an to give me the offer he rudely told me I needed to have a conversation first an I told him I don't have time for his slick tactics an give me the offer then he said I'll give you a offer site unseen offer so I said fine give me the offer then . After I had said that he abruptly hung up on me an haven't heard anything back so I'd go somewhere else to get a estima

I worked with Candace and she is an amazing agent. Her company was amazing and truly took by clients needs and wants into inconsideration. They went over and beyond to make the deal work. I can’t say enough about how great this company is.

No surprise you only have 2.7 stars at the time of this writing. Haven’t used your service but you tried running my wife off the road. Maybe if you’re driving the vehicle you use to advertise, how about not trying to take people out of the road along with your miserable life? Just adding this comment for potential costumers to see and let them know what kind of people they’re dealing with if the countless other negative reviews don’t do the job.

So attacking the delivery driver with a rock and your dog, because you did not like where your boxes were delivered? Very unprofessional. Also, lawn service seen this altercation so you can not deny it. Who would want to do business with a hot headed person like you? Everyone should be fearful to anger you incase it would get physical.
