I was an HOA member - then Board President of a prime 21 unit condo complex across the street from CU Boulder over a 7 year period. For approximately 6 of those 7 years, our Board worked with Faith Property Management. We were one of many customers, and Faith's service was good, but it went from good to GREAT when Meghan Gautreau became our Faith Property point of contact. Sam came in for a semi annual inspection to make sure our carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are working properly and change our furnace filter. He was so kind and professional and made the appointment as easy on me as the tenant as possible. I really appreciate the courtesy and care I have received renting with AllFaithPro!

The worst company I’ve ever been with! If you thinking about putting your property here please don’t! If you are thinking about renting here don’t! If you tell them to fix any type of issue or pest problem they will try their best to retaliate! They don’t follow up on their words! Continue to lie about anything to tell them even if you have it in black and white, in email will still lie. You have pictures and they still continue to lie and say on I fix it. Carpet was hair all in it all they do is shampoo the carpets, no new paint. When my lease is up I’m not resigning! TO THE MOMS IGNORE THIS COMPANY MOTHER TO ANOTHER MOTHER HEART TO HEART PROTECT YOUR BABIES!
