Fairwood Square Townhomes and Flats

They charge the same amount as some of the freshly built apartments and have strict credit requirements. The apartment I toured was supposed to be “updated” but it was just new kitchen appliances. Other than that it seemed like it hadn’t been renovated in years. Paint chipping in multiple spots and dirty as if the most minimal effort was put in to “update” it. The place looks like an eye sore in a beautiful neighborhood and they bank on their location to price gouge for cheap apartments. Parking is also atrocious.

We lived here for 5+ Years and it started out Great. The Management when we came on were great people. Actually interested in the tenants and very helpful. Then there were changes in Management and everything "went south" from there. Then as was expected, we received the letter from Management that Rent would be increasing at the end of the current contract. That was fine, but instead they took away the few benefits there were for renting the 3 Bedroom apartments and increased the rent approximately 15% . So instead of re-signing, we looked and were able to buy a House where our mortgage is less than the Rent before the increase. Then we took the last 3 days (after we had moved everything out) and deep cleaned with 3 - 5 people at any given time up until the last minute we could be there.

I went looking for a new house. It ended up being an apartment community. Not what I was looking for...

I’ve been a tenant with this management company for 4 years and have lived at each of their 3 properties in the area. Noah and her team have always been attentive and proven that they are here to help my living situation be as efficient and comfortable as possible. She has been a pleasure to work with and constantly makes sure things get handled accordingly. My experience through out these 4 years living at their various properties has been professional to say the least. I am comforted to know that my daughter and I have a roof over our heads that is backed up by a team who cares to get the job done right. 5 gold stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have had very good experience so far after almost being here maintenance has helped when needed things have been replaced as needed. Management has been very kind and respectful. Addressing issues when necessary. Especially people who refuse to following smoking policy. I’m thankful for fairwood townhomes as there rent is very fair priced especially for such a great location
