I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa Who is the office manager at Fairways and within about three weeks I was moving in . upon my arrival to my new apartment. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Very nice and clean. No bugs Inside I’ve been here over a week now and I haven’t seen any evidence of even one being here.. And the office staff and maintenance has been absolutely fantastic at any and all requests I’ve had and have . Taking care of any of my needs immediately and I would definitely recommend to anyone if you were thinking of getting your first place or second place this is definitely the place to be. I would like to share my experience that I had with one of your employees at the facility, I had the pleasure of meeting Priscilla. She was very delightful and pleasurable. She was also very knowledgeable in everything I needed. She answered all my questions and she made sure I was satisfied before I left. She is a great asset to your company, I would greatly refer my family and friends to speak with her if they ever needed to tour your property. Thank you Mj

I’m not usually the type to make a review but if you want peace of mind, do not move here. The new office staff & maintenance team doesn’t take anything serious. My apartment flooded not too long ago. The emergency line doesn’t work, and I had to clean it all myself. When I called the office the next day, it still took their maintenance team 2 days to come out and check the issue. The toilet in my unit hasn’t been working for 4 DAYS NOW. And all I keep getting is, “tomorrow” “they will come fix it tomorrow”. “They have to go to Home Depot” etc. On the day the office said maintenance was going to check the toilet. I had to call them to remind them because they “forgot” so maintenance came around closing time when I wasn’t home (I gave permission to enter). Then I come back to see my rest

The staff is very helpful Priscilla helped me out a lot. The tour was great. She is very kind and helpful would recommend moving here. this apartment complex is very welcoming and friendly they have a nice pool and gym and wonderful staff. Ivette was helpful and a good translator. Thank you for all your guys help.
