Fairways at Feather Sound

This place is wonderful! I had a really bad experience with another apartment and needed a quick turn around and fairways was spectacular ! they helped me so fast and got my process done. Adrianna at the leasing office is the sweetest and so helpful. When I moved in I had a million questions and they were so kind and patient. The maintenance team here is also fantastic and they attend to your request so fast and they are always so nice!

Ok... Here's my take. I've been a tenant since March of '25 (9 mos). I would give the place a 8 out of 10 so far. It's nice. Everything in our unit works fine, the maintenance team on my side is great! The office team is cool and most of the people in the neighborhood are nice too. Good, safe neighborhood for walking. The outdoors are very well lit at night (My Wife feels very safe coming home by herself) And the pond out back is nice! The best thing about it is the LOCATION. It's in the middle of everything. The only downside for me is... Our rent is a bit high for the size of our unit. Other than that, I believe we'll be here for a while 👍🏾 PS.. I will update this review in a few months from now.

Edit July 2025: Although I really enjoyed my time at these apartments, was a little disappointed with how they handle cleanings with third party businesses upon move out. I payed a one time cleaning fee just for peace of mind when moving out and was still charged for some tiny marks so that was a little disappointing to see after being a loyal tenant for 3 years. I've been needing to write this review for awhile now, but after living here for almost 2 years, I feel pretty confident in my experience with Fairways at Feather Sound. My favorite part of living at Fairways is definitely the community and views all around. There are plenty of walking grounds and sidewalks all over to enjoy a nice walk or run. I hate it here. My apartment was filthy when I moved in. I cleaned the carpet myself and the water came up nearly black. My neighbors throw trash next to the dumpster instead of in it. There's dog poop everywhere, and they will not take any steps to fix it. There's dog poop on the sidewalk where I have to walk to go into my apartment.
