Fairway View

My husband and I moved in last December, and we love it here! The space of the apartment, the value of what we are paying and the nearby walking trails make it worth it. I also love the fact it is fairly close to the palmetto & close to a lot of restaurants (many options). The pros do outweigh the cons to me. The only cons I can think of is 1. Valet trash doesn't get picked up as often as you think. 2. You also have to make sure you follow up a things in the office. Like service requests: Don't bother submitting it online, call it in or send an email to everyone in the office. Also if you have a convo with someone in the office and they say they will get back to you (still waiting to hear back regarding a high water bill for more than 2 months now), they will more than likely forget. 3. I've been a resident of Fairway View since 2016 and I can tell you...this place is WONDERFUL. The staff in the office...Soraya and Rocio have always made sure that our place was taken care of and any issues were resolved fast. I love the pool and gym, and the grounds is well kept. I also love the walking trail. Just know if you come to live here, these folks have your back and you will enjoy it. This is an honest report!

From the outside this place looks great but living here is not all it's chalked up to be. Bicycles stolen from people's front door, people parking in front of no parking signs at night blocking your car and nothing gets done about it. Not to mention the people who use the pool at midnight (which is not allowed) and make noise and no one stops them. Then there is the gym that is open till 11pm but people still use it past the time and guess what, nothing happens to them. Security here is a joke. It's kinda ridiculous because they have all these rules here and don't even enforce them. Will not renewing my lease here and wouldn't recommend anyone to move here.

I moved out of Fairway View Apartments on April 14th and just today (June 17th) finally received my security deposit back—over two months later. The process was an absolute nightmare. I was constantly given the runaround, with no clear answers or updates. At one point, I was even told by Soraya Solano (worst property manager) that someone had already cashed my deposit check, which was both alarming and unprofessional. The lack of communication and accountability from the management was incredibly disappointing. If you value transparency, responsiveness, and basic respect as a tenant, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This was by far the worst move-out experience I’ve ever had.

I leased here and by far my worse mistake. If Your a new move in just know your going to be blamed for everything. And if you are young STAY AWAY as they are very discriminating to the young. Office is very unhelpful and rude. Also bugs come in through the door always and the parking is horrible. I definitely do NOT recommend living here and I’m running as soon as my lease is over!
