Fairway Park Apartments & Townhomes

I’ve been a tenant for almost six years. Up until this past month, I would’ve rated Fairway 4/5 stars. We’re located on the ground floor. Our upstairs neighbors moved out at the end of the year, and the apt. complex has been renovating the apartment ever since. God help you if you move into this complex and they decide to renovate a unit near yours. Within the past month, the following has occurred as a result of the upstairs apartment renovation: 1. Liquid floor leveler poured into our back bathroom from the ceiling vent. We were at work during the day, so we came home to solidified floor leveler splattered all over our back bathroom. 2. I have had the privilege of residing in this community for 5 years, and it has been an absolutely amazing experience. The maintenance crew should receive a perfect score for their constant commitment to quality work. Their rigorous cleaning procedure upon task completion and sincerity speak loudly about their dedication. The hallways and community area are consistently clean, creating a welcoming ambiance every time I step outside. The administrative staff is not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and understanding, making every interaction a positive one.

I've lived here just over 2 years and love it. Sharon and Vinee in the office are super fantastic. Very helpful and show great integrity. Maintenence is amazing and on top of any problems that may arise, but Jenny is is a true superstar 😎

Unfortunately, I do not have many positive things to say. 1. The smells. They allow smoking in their units. I had to purchase multiple air purifiers while living there due to the marijuana and cigarette smells. I have receipts showing I lived here when purchased. 2. I asked them multiple times to fix the peeling paint on my tubs. They gave me the run around for months (from move in until about January) and so when I gave my notice to not renew, I told them to forget it and just to not charge me for it. It was completely disgusting to bathe with paint chips. I have emails proving these conversations occurred. 3. Very overpriced for what you get. They need updates and repairs both internally and externally. 4. People throw their trash off their balconies and let their dogs defecate every
