Matt was constantly available for all our questions and willing to explain the details that go into interest rates. It was very informative, and he was super kind and easy to work with.

Matt Lazowski navigated a very arduous refi and reverse closing for me taking it step by step for me, remaining firm, patient and with extraordinary follow through and continuing follow-up. He negotiated with underwriters and ensured I received all paperwork in a timely manner with explicit instructions. I never hesitated to call or email him; his responses were almost immediate. This was a difficult transaction, took a lot of time, months, some major bumps, which he resolved very quickly. I could not have done this without his guidance. He’s a 10 star kinda guy. I deeply appreciate all his efforts, knowledge and negotiation skills.

Iit has been a process of a lot of paperwork but well worth it. The folks at Fairway made it a lot easier. It took a little longer but worth the wait.
