Fairway management takes care of our Greystone Community with gentle gloves 🧤 You really have to have excellent people skills in the business 🧑‍💼 of managing so many properties and I have to say all they’re staff is patient, kind and caring. Thank you 🙏 Fairway for all that you do.

The worst. Front gate hasn’t been working for months. Always an excuse. Amazon call me literally every night. Sir I can’t get in my codes don’t work can you give me your code or come to gate for packages. Response from fairway always the same. We’re working on it. Should be fixed this week. Next week. Then next week and so on.

Complaint after complaint, yet this HOA refuses to step in and deal with renters that refuse to abide by HOA rules. I have email threads of Tom and Simone claiming they have no power to enforce the rules the HOA dictates. Odd. This Viera neighborhood is turning into a Cocoa neighborhood on the weekly. We’ll continue to fund your paycheck so that you do absolutely nothing for this community but send out emails noting how you cannot enforce anything. Cushion job!

Insurance dropped me because of roof age. Lined up a roof replacement but of course the useless HOA is in the way with their “approval”. Meeting once a month and no way they can give an approval outside of that. And even then, they met on 7/24 and then didn’t come back to me for a few days even though they know it was urgent. They treat people like dirt but we’re paying their salaries. Close at 2pm on Fridays. Good job if you can get it though. PS after owner's response: 1) Appreciate volunteers work but I am sure Fairway Management Company has employees who receive salaries from HOA fees. I have been their tenant for almost 7 years. Issues are addressed accordingly and in a timely fashion. If its not an emergency, the issue/s will eventually be addressed. Understandable as they have multiple properties. Emergencies are treated as emergencies. My property manager is courteous and always communicates especially if and when she will be unavailable.
