Fairway Independent Mortgage Frisco

My experience with Fairway Independent Mortgage was extremely frustrating and concerning. I applied for a mortgage loan on December 30, 2025 for a new construction home purchase. Despite submitting my application at that time, I did not receive a Loan Estimate until February 6, 2026 and only after specifically requesting it. During that time my spouse and I had already committed significant funds toward the purchase of the home. Without the Loan Estimate we were unable to properly evaluate the loan terms, monthly payment, and overall affordability before becoming financially committed. I also contacted the loan officer again on January 21, 2026 regarding the status of the loan.
