Fairway Greens Apartments

I recently toured this apartment community and had a positive experience overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the grounds looked cared for. The leasing staff was professional and answered my questions thoroughly. The unit I viewed was spacious and had a practical layout. Parking and amenities seemed adequate for residents. I’m still considering my options, but this visit gave me a good impression of the community.

Okay so I have lived here for almost 4 years and have seen different management multiple times and never for the good. The new management is just as bad as the last. They will give you a violation for telling anyone anything bad that happens here! They actually have in their lease that says you cant say anything bad about them . You have management who is never here when they should be It's all a joke here. This kids run around like crazy screaming and throwing rocks at vehicles . Vehicles have been broken into multiple times cars have been stolen here. They have water leaks on the property and say they will not charge anyone for it but do anyway. I have a bullet hole in my front walkway But yet they say it's safe here. They will charge you for every little thing in this place and say we

This is a great place to live, it borders a golf course but has very nice amenities. The management is great in terms of getting things done especially any repairs. Overall a definite plus if you like peace and quiet without a lot of nonsense !!!

The manager Ricardo Has been amazing! When I do go in the office, he always Lifts my spirit. This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Maintenance is always on top of things. Everything’s getting redone manager. Ricardo’s always working so hard to make sure that his tenants are accommodated safe and comfortable thank you Ricardo you are the best.

This is a great property! The road to the property is getting redone! Maintenance and the manager Ricardo working so hard to remodel. And to keep everything to part. Isn’t a great location. Only 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. 15 minutes from the Galleria. Great prices, spacious rooms. I love love my apartment.. The manager Ricardo has been so accommodating so understanding he is the best thank you Ricardo
