Fairmount Property Management

Love my apartment. Beautiful building and price is really good. Property Management is very helpful, quick to respond and always willing to help. For the services and accommodations they provide the price is very competitive. I rented 2 times different apartments with this company. The conditions on the house are very nice and would recommend this Leasing Office always!

My apartment at Fairmount was wonderful for college. It was close enough that I could walk to classes everyday but far enough away that rent was not absurd. Management always responded to my maintenance requests very promptly, and they were even willing to work with me when I decided to break my lease when I ended up graduating early.

They sent maintenance workers into my house when nobody was home, without notifying me or getting my permission, 4 hours after the time we had agreed upon a month in advance. Luckily I have cameras inside my home to be able to discover this. They let themselves in with a key and wandered all around my house trying to find the basement, where they were supposed to cover ASBESTOS (the sole reason they were called). Yet they didn’t even cover the asbestos that they broke into my home to cover so what were they even doing? Makes me sick to find out strangers were allowed into my home unaccompanied with my (extremely timid) cat being here.

I guess Chris and Thomas need the money really bad cinsiderimg they raised the rent $100 per month on 2 blind people on disability Where do theylive ?
