Fairmount Oaks

Very pleased with my new place — I just moved in approximately a week ago. Property is well kept, it’s clean as well as quiet. Regarding the latter, I wish I could say the same about my heavy-footed neighbor upstairs. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the move in process or the complex.

I’ve been a resident at Fairmont Oaks (formerly Vantage at Burleson) for 18 months now with another 4 months on my current lease. As far as apartment complexes go, I feel this place is pretty standard in terms of living environment, the rents reflect this. What I really appreciate about my experience here is the office staff, neighbors, and desire to make the community better. There have been issues (personal and facility related) that have been regularly resolved without major upheaval. Fran is the office manager here and really cares about her role and the living environment, I’ve had no issues with her or the rest of the office staff with regards to conflict resolution. I personally see grounds keepers and maintenance making rounds and working to keep things in order. Running an apart

The leasing team was straight forward, informative, and professional. Made it very easy to communicate with them about any concerns. Property is very nice, great for single as well as families to live here. I'm happy about my decision upon signing a lease with them. Property very clean.

I love my place. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. My neighbors are great. They are not loud in fact my building is so quiet.it makes me wonder if anyone else stay here.( just kidding) But everything is going well for me. thanks for everything you guys do to make it a great place to stay. I have been living here for almost a year now. It has been a great experience my neighbors are friendly and have made a few friends along the way. Maintenance is pretty quick when submitting your request. The faculty here is amazing!! Francis has been nothing but very generous to my small family. She makes sure we are heard and cared for. I have loved living here and my neighbors haven’t gave me any issues since being here. Love how clean the apartment complex looks. I have been enjoying my stay since being here and plan to renew ❤️.
