Friendly neighbors small and modest property. Some newer style units are being implemented, and they look great. There is a new maintenance team that has taken over, and they are very kind and knowledgeable. Josh, Omar and Allen all speak Spanish and are always polite. There were 2 fires and they've really implemented alot of new tech to ensure safety. I look forward to the changes to come.

Small community. Older building but new style of apartments are being constructed. New management has really set a new tone. Anaya the property manager is VERY kind. And always helpful. Along with William the leasing associate and the entire maintenance team

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING do not move here unless you absolutely desperate. There has been 2 fires in the last 2 years. Neighbors are horrible. Police and fire department are here all the time. They give out apartments that have not been inspected or are just disgusting in general. After the second fire I was relocating to an apartment with a rusty bath tub, Broken toilet seat, dog poop on the balcony and a faulty door. This apartment is pet friendly but they do nothing when there’s dog poop all over the apartment. This building is very old and needs to be demolished.

I will change my rating when the things that need to be fixed will be fixed and the problems are solved.
