Fairlawn Estates at the T

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Never in my entire life have I seen such nastiness. Hallway walls and rug were gross. Trash in the floors. Interior apartment was extremely nasty. Rugs are so bad, flooring in the bathroom are peeling and two different mice ran by in a short span even while walking around. The management for 20 Fairlawn needs to get it together. Horrible. I’d rather be homeless than pay over $2k to live THERE! Do better!

Plenty of parking spaces... good customer service... great maintenance Crew..nice family friendly environment..pet 🐶🐕 🐈😺 friendly zone. Close to the commuter rail and other buses services to take you anywhere you want. The only issue is mouse 🐁🐀 they are also around in the apartment however they are not contributing to the high market rent. It seems as if these rodents 🐀🐁 🐁🐀🐁🐀 seem to have a blue print of the buildings and have studied the escape routes.

I am a former resident of Soma Apartments. I must say that this is not the best place to live. The mice and roaches are uncontrollable. I lived there for three years, and management changed 3 times. The first ones were thieves. They had everyone owing thousands of dollars during the pandemic. The current management is by far the best I have encountered. So many people say that they don't have good customers service skills, but some of you should try to clean up years of messes made by others! I'm just saying!

Zero customer service here. Woman in the office was super rude when I asked about my car being towed from visitors parking lot , I don’t even live here and this place sucks ! Got my car out right after but absolutely awful . Wouldn’t recommend interacting with the people in the office or living in a place with management office that runs so ignorant and messy. Good day.

This is the worse apartment complex ever. I was suppose to move in Aug 2021 but couldn’t due to roast infestation. They were supposed to give me a new fridge upon moving in but it’s been a year and still no fridge. I have a cleaning lady take out the trash every day and there’s mice , roaches and bed bugs !!!! My son was getting bit terribly and they have yet ti do anything about it. They are way over price. They are never available. They only call when it has to do with rent. They should shut this place down
