Went in to complete an application on 12/26/25 and Kip completely misled me. He advised me to lie on my application and had me complete it very wrong. I drove 3.5 hours to submit it. The apartments are very nice but the staff is not trustworthy at all. If you go in to complete an application do not get advise from any of the staff and be honest on you application even if KIP advises you to lie.
Very professional, clean and affordable establishment.
Brand new complex so there are gonna be things to adjust and work thru like any brand new business or company however the property manager Kip as well as Brittany i believe her name is have been awesome! I have worked more with Kip then Brittany and can say Kip is very humble and kind and Brittany seems very kind as well ! Yall are doing AMAZING 👏 keep working out the kinks !
