Fairhaven Place

This place is getting worse by the minute. Unfortunately the management is the real problem because they care nothing about this place or its residents. Most of these residents have people living with them Who are not on their lease and anything we report to the leasing office falls on deaf ears and the clubhouse/ laundry room fitness center is a lawsuit waiting to happen and is nothing but a hangout for unruly unsupervised teenagers after hours. Dogs are all walked off leash pit bulls and all this place is getting dangerous and summer is right around the corner!!! #It’sTimeToGetOutOfHere

This place is horrible. Need new Property manager This “New” property management company is a complete nightmare. I’m an older woman who keeps my grandchildren sometimes, I've lived here for three weeks now and already wanting to break my lease, and it’s so many problems. Each time, it took days to get a response or a “we will look into it”, and the repairs were sloppy, despite numerous complaints, and the property manager seemed annoyed by every question. There is one lady in a separate office who seems more caring. There was issues that were already present when I moved in. There were minor wear and tear and looks half way done. Run down, the residents don’t have any respect for the community or themselves. I would advise not moving here. The trash cans always look nasty and run over, trash in the parking lots, loud music and partying every night. None of the residents work in this community everybody sits outside on their patio/balcony all day. Accepts section 8 so that may be the problem.

This place is horrible! Nice in the inside but the people over here running it down. Loud music and people partying all night in the parking lot no respect for the other residents staying there. Trash everywhere!

This is a beautiful place I ran the fire systems in all of these buildings so I know they are safe too
