Fairground Flats

They have extremely bad management. It’s sad because I believe they just recently switched from TWG. The people living here are some of the worst. They don’t take their trash all the way to the dumpster and will leave it just anywhere. Often, the dumpster isn’t even full, but there will be trash just inches away from it. You’ll find random trash bags left in breezeways or scattered throughout the property. Management never does anything about it. People hang out in front of the breezeways or in front of the apartment doors all day yelling, screaming, and smoking. Mind you, my mother is allergic to marijuana smoke, and it seeps into the apartment. Management still won’t do anything. If you ask the neighbors politely to quiet down, they get mad at you. Wasn’t nothing positive about the turn out. So originally they were cool. But I applied 3 months ago but i was still taking papers up her up into march of 2025 applied in January. It was never issue with getting documents to them let the office tell you the people reading that have to approve of documents didn’t know what they was reading in need a document stating what was submitted when they was asking for this information.like what coming on now they ask for school verification got it they ask how I pay I show them one month later they ask what school who paid I swear I made everything clear everything document had the company’s letter heads in numbers they never called in verified anything discouraging because I put all my time into this losing hope running out time as they keep making

I have concerns about the communication and processes regarding my friend’s recent application. She applied in September and faced a frustrating three-week wait with back-and-forth communications. Ultimately, she was denied due to “too much income,” which was a result of her working overtime as a single mom of two. Despite the portal showing her application as approved, she received a call on the day of her move-in informing her of the denial. This lack of clear communication and transparency throughout the process is disappointing and needs improvement.

Fairground Flats is a beautiful new build. I looked at a 3-bedroom and felt like I was in a hotel! And with all the amenities like the gym, pool, and storm shelter I can’t wait to move-in! Trina in the office was super helpful and helped me with my application! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you to the ladies in the office!! 😊👌👌👌

I live Fairground Flats Apartments. They are beautiful brand new Apts. They have several amenities for residents. Including a pool,lounge area with full kitchen and seating, large TV for everyone, fooze ball table and work out room. Also a separate room with 2 computers and bathrooms.. it's also a storm shelter , so this place has it all. It's enclosed bldg so you don't have everything blowing in your door from outside. There are absolutely no bugs in my apt. Well I did have a cricket but I'm letting that slide..lol. NO ROACHES. So happy here and I feel safe have not had any bad incidents. Also the staff here are amazing, the manager Meegan is wonderful very thoughtful, knowledgeable and always there to help. Diane assistant manager is also helpful with anything you needs she is alwa
