Fairgreen

I have been living in this condominium for less than 15 days. I called maintenance because my air conditioning is not working and they told me that they will not come to fix it because the temperature outside is not high enough to fix it. I wonder if that answer makes any sense, do I have to be hot whether there is a certain temperature outside or not?

AC is never working correctly. I can't leave my dog at home out of fear of him having a heat stroke. These two boards seem to be supporting the way but they look like they're sleeping I'm pretty sure this is going to be an accident waiting to happen is this up to cold? Why is there so much mold. At the apartments caught on fire not too long ago. All the residents are feeding Stray Cats.

Niles is super helpful and has been there to assist me even while i got laid off and worked with me in anyway he could, the maintenance staff is super friendly and always working hard! The pool area is always super clean and well maintenanced. The neighbors are super courteous and i’ve never had any noise complaints. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

I have had a wonderful experience at Fairgreen Apartments! Ariana was extremely helpful with the application and move-in process, and everyone on staff has been friendly and welcoming. The apartment is bright and open, with a really nice floor plan, and the area is quiet and excellent for walking and shopping. I would highly recommend checking out Fairgreen!

horrible management, the charge $7 dollars for water one month then $75 the next lol this place is a JOKE i cannot wait till my lease is up. 😓
