Fairgate Apartments

A complaint was made regarding a suspicious individual staying at 1562 Burstock Rd B, Columbus, OH 43206, who is not listed on the lease. Despite reporting this issue, no action was taken by management. Due to safety concerns and lack of response, I am moving out. I do not recommend living here.

I have been resident of Fairgate for a very long time.There has been some up and down with Management. Staci and her crew are really trying to turn Fairgate around. When l contact the office l finally get a response back. Maintance came out when l needed them too.Trash is finally being taken of. Woke up this Morning sidewalks are shovel and salted which hasn't been done in a very long time. Im very Happy so far with what lm seeing. Staci in my opinion you doing good😊

I am looking for a place to stay close to my kids, and reviews play a crucial role in my decision. It's concerning to see that when the property management team does respond, their approach tends to be combative rather than constructive. A more effective response to perceived criticism would simply be, "Thank you for your review. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please email or call us." I recognize that managing a property, especially a large complex in an economically challenged area, is not easy. The rent prices are reasonable for the location, but some of the reviews, along with a few site visits, reveal opportunities for improvement, particularly in the property's exterior appearance because this is WHAT WE SEE FIRST. It seems that the property might not generate

I would not recommend this place to anyone I lived at this place for 5 five years and never been so treated so bad in my life me and my children got kicked out of our own home just for a manager to move into the place on top of that. When I moved out, they started going into my home before I returned the keys.there has been multiple managers, and when you call the office, no one ever answers the phone all they do is make up lies and never tell the truth and also if you live there, you may wake up to gunshots and loud noises every night and good luck getting a new place all they do is want there staff to move in to them it’s honestly sad how bad it’s gotten ! And also get prepared for maintenance to be sleep in the truck !

Fairgate has allowed my client and her family ( including a child)to go with no working REFRIDGERATOR in the home for more than 2 weeks as of now and still counting. They have not so much as OFFERED to reimburse the family for groceries that needed replaced. She has had several conversation with unfulfilled promises as to when the refrigerator would be replaced, the most recent this morning with the response from the young man being " Well we are doing inspections at this time so I'm not sure when we will make it out there " this complex has little to no regard for it's tenants and families. She has been dealing with a variety of different maintenance related issues through out the years there as a resident ( Poor windows, Excessive Mold etc ) I would not recommend this as a safe and depen
