UPDATE: We reached out to the office and they assured us we would get the photos by end of last week since they confirmed that the apartment manager gets a report with photos from the tow company, we still don't have the photos and now are being told we can only view photos at the tow place but will not get a copy. ORIGINAL: At Sorento Apartments in San Antonio TX, my mother has a car parked in the car port assigned to her, the towing company towed it saying they thought it was "abandoned" even though my mother pays for the spot. She got no communication from the office asking if it was "abandoned" and the office says it's not their problem because they aren't the towing company. The tow company claims they put a notice that "someone took off before she could see it". Now the company wants

Lancs, the maintenance guy, is prompt, professional, and personable. He fixes everything right on the first go. The management is generally on top of things, though communication is not always right. When they have an off day, try again, and your issue will usually be addressed immediately. The residents are quiet, nice, and share a lovely sense of community.

terrible experience with one of the apartments they manage. They made mistake in charging our account and the past 8 months, I am trying to talk to the management to get that charge figure out. They always say she's not available and send us an email and all my emails have been left unresponsive. Thankfully, I have everything documented. I called Fairfield as well multiple times and left a voicemail but no one bothered to contact me. Absolutely frustrating and unprofessional.

Lance and Vince are excellent maintenance guys here at Lakewood Meadows very friendly and very nice they do a good job. are manager Erica is really super nice professional communication skills are excellent and she always follows through she's an excellent manager and they got an excellent maintenance team here I'm glad I live here it's like a little piece of heaven especially in the in the back the garden area you can hear the birds it's like heaven and serenity I love it here 💞

Terrible property management company. Currently a renter at one of their acquisitions and they show absolutely no care or regard for their residents. They overcharge for terrible apartments that they know will basically be construction zones for the entirety of your lease without warning about said construction. There will never be any accurate communications on construction. They employ scummy practices to keep you trapped like offering concessions that you need to pay back if you want to break your lease over the terrible living conditions. I will never be renting at another property run by Fairfield Residential, I will discourage anyone I know from their properties, 0/10.
