Maintenance does half assed job. I just experienced a major pipe burst in my closet. It took 4 days to have it thoroughly looked at and then when the job was “done” they left me with more water damage and cracks along the ceiling. They replaced some of the carpet, leaving me with a two toned hallway of dark brown and beige flooring. When I called to tell them about the damage the maintenance manager was angry at me for complaining. I pay a lot for rent and expect satisfaction.

Been here for almost 2 years now. They just renovated the exterior which is nice. But don’t be fooled. Parking is extremely limited and if you try to park somewhere to avoid illegally parking in a handicapped spot they tow you. Maintenance is responsive, leasing not as much. Prices are unreasonable in my opinion and there is limited storage space. When we first moved in there were multiple things that looked like maintenance had left unfinished, like light fixtures and the balcony bannisters Update as of April: Fairfield is horrendous with communication. They never sent our lease renewal letter by mail or email, so I had to call multiple times and email different people to finally let them know we would not be renewing. I strongly advise against considering this property, especially for those working remotely or with children. Considering the rents there should be little more attention paid to tenants. - It's been over seven months since I moved in last December, and I still haven't received a signed copy of my lease. Despite multiple calls and assurances from the property manager, including promises to mail the lease within a week, I haven't received any communication from the office. - Our leasing agent failed to disclose a major renovation project despite knowing we expected a baby in February 2024 and that I work from home. For the past two months, there has been constant hammering from 8 am to 4 pm, disturbing us daily on all four walls. Attempts to address this with the agent went unanswered. - I em

Edit: I've left up a 5 star review nearly the entire two years living here. The last 7 months have been awful. I don't have time to type everything out, so I'll sum it up as: every interaction I've ever had with management has been unpleasant. Simple, reasonable questions, (ex: When does my lease end? Did you receive my 30-day notice?) met with combativeness and borderline hostility. I'm in the industry and would NEVER treat residents this way. Especially over pretty mundane, day to day inquiries. The apartments are nice, the appliances are excellent, maintenance has been responsive, but management is awful. There are so many other management companies in the area that provide the service you expect at these prices. Look around. You can do much better. -----------------------------
