I’m been here 3 months and everything and everyone is great I have not complains everyone from managers to maintenance is great .

Not sure where to begin, but I will try. 1. Washer Dryer in one building has been broken longer than my stay here and when told to the company that does the constant "repair" of them that the landlord has to replace them. Good luck with that right? 2. When it snows the plow job done is not even mediocre it's horrific with no sand or salt put down to assist with walking across the parking lot to get to your car. The paths are barely shoveled if that but plenty of salt put down over snow to not help anything because why would any of that make sense. 3. Landscaping looks so good when you look at other complexes but this one forget about it. Dead trees, dead bushes, and the few flowers by the sign when I believe it's "MOVING SEASON". 4. THE ABSOLUTE WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE EVER. THIS COMPANY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU EVERY CHANCE POSSIBLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. YOU SIT ON HOLD FOREVER ONLY TO BE SENT TO A VOICEMAIL AND NEVER RECEIVE A RETURN CALL. MAINTENANCE REPAIRS ONLY WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. I HAD TO CONTACT THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES, SEND EMAILS, AND FILL OUT A QUESTIONNAIRE BEFORE MY REQUEST WAS TAKEN CARE OF A MONTH LATER. THE LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT IS COMPLETELY OUTDATED AND THE PRICES ARE CONSTANTLY GOING UP. THE LOBBY IS NEVER CLEANED UNLESS ONE OF THE TENANTS ARE CLEANING IT. THE AIR CONDITIONERS ARE FILLED WITH MOLD. THE WALLS ARE CONSTANTLY CRACKING, TO BE HONEST, THEY WEREN'T PROPERLY REPAIRED TO BEGIN WITH. THE DISHWASHER NEVER WORKED FROM THE TIME I MOVED IN. IT DRAINS VERY SLOWLY AND HAS

Customer Service is horrible. Their accounts receivable department is horrible. If there is a way for them to get extra money out of you they will. I wish I would've rented elsewhere. If zero stars were possible I would give that.
