I like the convenience of being able to walk everywhere & that convenience comes at a price! The townhouse is spacious, bright, comfortable. I love the convenience of having a laundry room in the unit plus a couple bathrooms that come in handy with a teenager..The front & back porches could be bigger but, I'm glad to have them. The people can get a little rowdy especially with the park less then a block away & it sometimes spills into the parking area that's annoying... I think there should be security unit on the premises. I've had good interactions with the office staff they seem to care about & for the residents here. The maintenance people that I've had contact with or see on the property are always respectful they get the job done. I also love the views at night from my windows. So

First and foremost it’s truly a blessing to be part of this awesome Fairfield community/family I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole team god has blessed me with this great organization so I want to say thank you to the whole Fairfield team….

First and foremost the staff we dealt with, especially Jhiana, were awesome. Jhiana is so sweet, answered any questions we had, and made moving in stress free. As for the apartment itself, its great. We lucked out with a balcony, and is a total upgrade from my last apartment. Im excited to start my stay here.

The STAFF was amazing. Friendly, helpful and honest. The unit was really nice looking. The only thing a little off-putting was the hallways weren’t too inviting. Also I specifically looked at plans for the units that were income based and seen town homes but was shown an apartment - because that is what would be available for me.

My apartment is beautiful ! From the very first time I called and inquired about the apartment Jhiana at the front desk is so very kind, caring, respectful and very professional. I suffer from some health issues. Filling out the application I stumbled a few times but Jhiana was patient and help me get through it all. Then I meet Janay and the assistant manager she's also the same respectful, patient, helpful, kind, caring and very professional. It's been a long time since I've come across two wonderful people such as these young ladies who was so thoughtful and understanding of what I was going through and me wanting to move into the property they were very patient. Now that I'm in my apartment it feels like a dream come true. I love it and happy. The apartment building is amazing. The bu
