I would honestly give this place -10 stars. There has been zero communication between myself and the property manager or anyone for that matter. The owners of this property have made Terrance (amazing guy) the only person accessible to me if I have issues and they do not allow him to help with anything which he shouldn’t have to ! I have emailed I have called left voicemails. And no one has gotten back to me for one problem. The concept of work being done to an apartment is fine but to leave our building in absolute shambles on a weekly basis blows my mind. There’s wires coming out of our building. Wood , supplies, nails. Equipment lying around everywhere on our property. The people contracted to do the work here were confused when I asked them to clean off my patio after debris was falli

I did not want to turn to Google but unfortunately after no response from management I need to post my grievances here. I have been a tenant since 2021. When we first toured the apartments we instantly fell in love with the fact we would be getting a newly renovated apartment with new appliances, etc. During the tour we were told about ALL the renovations this property would be getting. From a new facade, hallways, balconies, landscaping, grass and key fob entry to all apartments. These promises were made in 2021, it is almost 2025. FINALLY we are nearing the end of the renovations, I think… the pool, gym, playgrounds and BBQ/picnic areas are still not renovated. Apartment was fine until we had to move out. They will find any excuse to charge you the full security deposit. They charged money for the key despite me returning the key, to the tune of $175, even though they had stated the charge would be taken off when the key is sent. They also refused to answer any emails regarding the payment, and we were left having to email repeatedly just to pay off our remaining balance. I've lived here for 4 years, you are better off finding somewhere else to rent. The apartments are overpriced , especially considering the poor customer service and management. Once you become a Tennant they are almost impossible to reach.

Best place I have ever lived at. Best leasing agent to work with! Terrance was an absolute joy! He gave us all the info we needed right away, answered our questions as soon as we sent them. He worked with us through any problem we had(although we barely had any.) This is probably the best apartment complex in middle Island. We searched for a long time and when we had given up all hope we found this place. It seemed like it was too good to be true but it's true. We received a bunch of move in package deals and unlike other places they're actually worthwhile. The amenities here are amazing. The only thing missing is a grill and I heard they're in the process of getting one. But the BEST thing about this place? Safety!!!! This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH. Don't you DARE even THINK about living here. Applying to the place goes nicely no duh, they're trying to poach as many tenants as possible, but the second you submit your signed lease they drop OFF THE MAP. There is absolutely NO communication, NO answers to any emails, NO returned phone calls. If you call their office, they send you on a transfer carousel until you get a voicemail. Terrance was absolutely horrible to work with, him especially didn't return ANY of my emails, questions about the lease, about pretty basic stuff like picking up the keys and parking to the point where I didn't even know if I still had the apartment anymore. The apartments themselves are trash as well. The maintenance crew is nice, they're pretty responsive, but that's about the ON
