Fairfield Apartments

Ok,let me start with this,I know ratings are up and down on here,but I'm speaking for me as a renter here over 1yr.what can I say,Terry the manager has been nothing but super helpful from the biginning.i am handicapped due to my injury,and I love my apt.when I needed something to get done Terry was on it...sometimes we don't know what takes place in offices she does alot and I see it..sometimes we just have to have patience 😀. But over it's all good and my rating reflects on what and how I'm being treated..remember people we are not in a 5star apt complex,we are taking care of because of low income housing,so to everything there is pros and cons...I do love my apt,and manager Terry is awesome.this is just my valuation

I have been A resident here for the past two years. In that time almost NOTHING has been done to accomodate us. NO repairs have been done, NO consideration for existing tennants, if you want anything done better have it done BEFORE you move in or it will just be excuse after excuse as they have done us for over 2 years. Long story short, if you can afford to livr elsewhere do so. Management needs to address issues in real time!
