Fairfax Apartments

I’ve had a great experience at Fairfax Apartments. From day one, Ms. Kelee made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She communicates clearly, stays on top of things, and actually gets stuff handled when you need it. That goes a long way. The property is well kept, quiet, and maintenance requests get taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve had a really positive experience living here so far. The apartment is comfortable, the property is well maintained, and the location is convenient. What really stood out to me was how helpful and professional Ashley was throughout the process. She answered all my questions, made everything clear, and was genuinely kind and patient. It made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate her support and would definitely recommend this community to others!

The apartment is a classic style studio. It’s not ultra modern, which I actually love because I’m a big fan of older style apartments. It honestly reminds me of a NYC apartment, which makes me feel right at home. The building itself is in wonderful condition, and while the structure has that classic charm, the inside has modern updates with just a hint of luxury. It’s the perfect balance. When I first went in for a tour, I was originally looking at one apartment, but Ms.Kelee took the time to show me multiple available options and really gave me choices. I absolutely love living at the Fairfax. I feel safe in the building and my renovated studio is so cute and cozy. The staff is wonderful and friendly and will look out for you. I always look forward to running into Ms. Kelee in the lobby. She always has a happy greeting and will go out of her way to help tenants in whatever way she can. I had a weekend emergency, last year and I'm so eternally grateful to Ms. Kelee for coming to the rescue, after hours even. I've gotten to know some of the other tenants and even recommended a few. It's a great, safe community in a fantastic location.

I absolutely LOVE living at Fairfax Apartments. The building is beautiful and the apartments are upgraded to perfection. The building manager Ms Kelee is attentive and truly in tune with her residents needs...She's always helpful and goes above and beyond. The communication is unmatched. It's a great community with great people!
