New tenants be warned! People that live here throw late night alley parties in the complex parking lot 3-4 nights a week. Weekdays and Weekends. Just last night they started having a party at 2 am that lasted till dawn. The management does absolutely nothing about it. The police come and break it up and as soon as they leave they start back up. Imagine being woken from your sleep because a car pulls up at 2 am and starts blasting music full blast and people start yelling, laughing, screaming, fighting literally outside your bedroom window. Last week some one was shot and killed! The people that live in this complex are the most disrespectful people you could ever live amongst. I feel sorry for the children who have to get up and go to school the next day after trying to sleep through the

I would never live here. People partying in the parking lot to all hours of the night! Call the cops they come break it up and they are back at it again. The management doesn’t seem to care. They put in a loud alarm saying “you are trespassing” which worked for about a month now it doesn’t and they are partying. No respect for the neighbors or the neighborhood.

My Mom and I move in 1428 Clifton st in 1979 when the apartments was first built it was a nice place to live they had a nice laundromat has soda machines outside had a big old playground growing up in those times was a beautiful then we moved to Northeast DC in 1996.

Rundown not kept up. Need to be demolished
